Art don't wait for you my friends, to which internationally acclaimed 'guerrila' artist could perhaps attest.  Art is all around you in the public, outdoor spheres, taken at a risk, spoken for liberty and irrepressible imagination. 

Banksy's art speaks for itself, I don't wish to dilute it with analysis.  It just is.
